Apolo is totally immersed in his new German life! He came to Bad Oldesloe in the very north of Germany to experience every day life, culture and customs of a German family. He is happy to do this with Finn, his German exchange partner who he became good friends with during the first part of their exchange in France.
And of course an exchange is never just with the exchange partner himself: his new younger brother Hendrik is a great companion for Apolo, too. As well as Teddy, the family’s Airedale Terrier.
And not to forget: two great parents who are doing everything to make his time in Germany memorable with visits to Hamburg, Berlin, Lübeck …
Inke, his German mom writes: “Apolo is such a nice, funny and clever boy, totally easy to live with. We are very happy to have him in our family, he is a lot of fun. He is in the same class as Hendrik and all three boys get on very well. He plays cello in the orchestra. He and Finn are often discovering Hamburg together or playing basketball.”
